Favourite part of your job: My favorite part of business development is connecting with people. I get to meet clients, partners, and other important people in the industry. Building strong relationships can help our company grow and lead to exciting opportunities.
Plus, I love being able to come up with new ideas and strategies to make things better. It's all about thinking creatively and finding unique solutions to challenges.

Favourite part of your job: Getting to work with such an amazing team of people! Along with all the talent, there’s also a lot of kindness and support here at SNI.
A woman who inspires you: Not one woman in particular, but all the outdoorsy women who adventure solo and aren’t afraid to take up space in male dominated hobbies. Seeing them embrace their independence as women and not be held back by the fear of judgement has inspired me to do the same.
Favourite part of your job: My team! Wholesome and unguarded, we excel when we support each other. We are a very powerful team, but also a family.
A woman who inspires you: I have always been inspired by Oprah Winfrey after I learned about her life story. She’s overcome so many incredible challenges and come out on top despite all of them. Anyone who can demonstrate that kind of resilience is someone to look up to. Also, the empire she’s built on top of that never ceases to amaze me.

Favourite part of your job: Helping clients with product compliance for their international expansion. This offers me the opportunity to engage in problem-solving, business growth, and continuous learning across a diverse range of projects. This combination makes my role both challenging and deeply rewarding!
