As Manager of Business Development, Mirjana is passionate about building and developing meaningful relationships. She works hard to assess client needs and facilitates connections to key experts within SNI’s multi-disciplinary team. She enjoys meeting new people and embracing their diverse perspectives. Knowledge is power, and she delights in the opportunity to learn something new each day and broaden her horizons.

Can you share a bit about yourself, and tell us about the journey that led you to SNI?
I have always been passionate about health and beauty and worked in the industry for many years.
When I heard about SNI and what they did, I knew this would be a great opportunity to further develop my skill set and gain more knowledge within their multifaceted departments.
What are some things you enjoy most about being in the business development world?
I am a people person; I love meeting new people and developing those relationships, add speaking on what I’m passionate about and it’s the perfect storm!
How do you turn a lead into a long term relationship? Developing meaningful and long lasting connections with clients is so important!
I believe communication and honesty are integral to any relationship, business and personal. In my experience people appreciate a genuine and meaningful conversation as do I, so when it comes down to it I want to make sure that I give them that experience and help provide solutions with our services at the same time.
You have a day off! How do you like to spend it?
All depends on the weather! I love being outside, walking my dog, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying as much patio time as possible!
Lastly, do you have a fun business development fact to share with us?
Not sure if it’s a ‘fact' but having the opportunity to meet new people and learn new things is definitely fun, it energizes me!
