Ritu began her career in 2016 as a Research Trainee in a nutraceutical company in India. She finished her Masters in Pharmaceutical Science in 2017. Recognizing her potential, the company offered Ritu a full-time role as a Formulation Scientist in R&D, where she specialized in solid oral, liquid oral, semi-solid, and pet formulations. Over four years, she gained extensive experience in Natural Health Products (NHPs), dietary supplements, and pharmaceuticals, refining her expertise in formulation development and regulatory compliance.

In 2021, Ritu pursued her Master’s in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, Toronto, which strengthens her knowledge of Canadian regulatory frameworks. Since then, Ritu has been working as a Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Specialist, accumulating 3.5 years of experience in Canada across RA, QA, and Research & Development (R&D). Having 6 years of experience & combined passion for product development, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance enables Rity to contribute effectively to my role and drive impactful regulatory strategies. Apart from her degrees, Ritu has also completed project management courses and lean six sigma green belt. Outside of work, Ritu loves to dance, spend quality time with friends & family, explore new places & new restaurants, and yoga.
