Tanaz is a Regulatory Affairs & QA Specialist with expertise in compliance strategy, gap analysis, labelling compliance, and import/export regulatory requirements. Her work focuses on helping business navigate regulations and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring alignment with the food industry standards internationally.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (Field of Food Industry) from Iran and later expanded her expertise through a Postgraduate Certificate in Food Safety Nutrition – Regulatory Affairs from the University of Ottawa, along with extensive professional training programs in regulatory compliance, labelling and food policy. Bringing an auditor’s mindset, Tanaz is passionate about optimizing regulatory frameworks and streamlining compliance processes. Her diverse experiences have shaped her ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and grow continuously in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

Outside of work, Tanaz finds inspiration in literature, cinema, culture, and practicing yoga. She believes in the importance of understanding history and the forces that shape it, striving to approach life with a deep sense of awareness and integrity.
