Preparing your company to export can be overwhelming and time consuming, but it can also be extremely beneficial for your business.
As mentioned last month, team SNI was presenting at the Export 101 Workshop: Preparing to Enter the United States Market. Our Director of Client Optimization, Leanne Lutomsky, presented an information session titled, Overview of USA Food Labelling Requirements.
Some important and relevant topics covered in the two-day workshop included:
• Considerations when pricing your product for export;
• How to facilitate trade to the U.S.;
• The importance of developing an export plan;
• Assessment of export readiness;
• And, of course, SNI’s overview of US food regulation with plenty of useful tips.
We were truly honoured to present and spread some knowledge about US food labelling regulations.
