Here’s the “Deep Dish” from SNI’s PLMA Experience in Chicago
The bustling city of Chicago recently played host to the much-anticipated Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) Trade Show, and our own Stuart Greenfield - Director, Business Development and Marcel Fisette - Director, Creative Services were right in the heart of it all.
The event was an exhilarating showcase of innovation, and industry trends that impressed us!
Amidst the vibrant backdrop of Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, our team had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in a flood of ideas and innovations. It was an incredible platform where industry leaders, suppliers, and manufacturers converged to display their latest offerings, products, and services.
One of the standout features at the show was the robust presence of international participants. Various pavilions proudly showcased top-notch private label manufacturing offerings from countries like Italy, Mexico, Venezuela, Thailand, and more. They presented a diverse array of products spanning pastries, beverages, coffees, and ready-to-eat meals. Each product boasted distinct health claims, ranging from gluten-free, fair trade, organic, to vegetarian categories.
Walking through the exhibition halls was incredibly impressive.
So many examples of innovative manufacturing, production, packaging and private label solutions, the diversity and creativity on display was remarkable. Engaging with other exhibitors and industry professionals provided invaluable insights into emerging market trends and consumer preferences.
One of the most rewarding aspects of participating in the PLMA Trade Show was the chance to network and forge new connections, as well as re-connect with our existing clients and partners.
