Karensa is a regulatory affairs specialist with a focus on food labeling.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Science from the University of Guelph and has many years of industry experience. Karensa is passionate about helping companies navigate the complexities of labeling regulations to deliver clear, accurate information to consumers. When she’s not immersed in regulations, Karensa enjoys quality time with her family, engaging in book clubs, volunteering with Girl Guides, practicing yoga, and hiking with her dog.
